Protocols

I've been looking for articles on student mid-term counseling/guidance/advising, etc. I have found some really interesting things about student learning in a clinical setting and how important our role is as a faculty member. Although not directly related, it's helped me think about protocols and what we can do to enhance their progress and keep to a well-defined, yet flexible, list of criteria to discuss during counseling.
See you tomorrow!.

  1. I understand your frustration. I would love to see what you have found about student learning in a clinical setting. I have worked on my assessment but have so much information, not sure I have covered it all. Good Luck with your project.

  2. I got your note about no comments. I think my comments went to your other blog for a while. I don't know why I'm not listed as a follower. Maybe after I post this comment.

  3. Could you look at mid-term vs. end-of-year evaluations/counseling? I know I have seen comparisons among the two - as to whether students should have mid-term vs, end-of-year - vs. both. I don't if that would help you. I look forward to learning more about midterm counseling - we never had anything like that!
