CC Patient Managment

Greetings. I am, once again, trying to connect with someone at another school to help us with this info. I have contacted 4 schools so far and no replies. I think I'll just try to do my own research on the topic unless I hear from someone by Monday. P.S. I finally took my tree down!

IERC

Hi everybody! I know that most of you are involved in the OSCE with the IERC or have done it before, but you are welcome to watch the sophomores test their skills on Mon, Mar 9 at 8:30. It's always interesting. I enjoy all this technology, but it is overwhelming sometimes. I am in 3 classes that use online technology and although it is wonderful to work from home, sometimes it can be time consuming for us "older folk." I hope as my teaching career continues I can become more comfortable with everything I have learned and will need to learn in the future.

Still working on protocols, too. With mid-term counseling coming up here at school, I'm hoping to identify other items that I might want to consider adding to the list. Kim is another group director so I will be looking to her and the other group directors for their input. See you all tomorrow!

Protocols

I've been looking for articles on student mid-term counseling/guidance/advising, etc. I have found some really interesting things about student learning in a clinical setting and how important our role is as a faculty member. Although not directly related, it's helped me think about protocols and what we can do to enhance their progress and keep to a well-defined, yet flexible, list of criteria to discuss during counseling.

Frustrated

Hi all. This is getting ridiculous! I've e-mailed 3 schools and I haven't received a reply! All of your blogs sound so interesting. I hope I can contribute to the stream of information soon. In the meantime, I'm reading, reading, reading......
